With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Reynaldo “Rey” Medina is the backbone of field operations at Medina Builders. A true craftsman at heart, Rey began his career at just 19 years old as a general laborer. Driven by passion and curiosity, he quickly worked his way up mastering metal framing, drywall installation, taping, and later expanding his skills to include T-bar ceiling installation and commercial doors.
Rey’s deep knowledge of construction goes far beyond the basics. His practical expertise also includes general plumbing and electrical work, making him a highly versatile professional who understands every layer of a build. Whether managing crews or solving problems on-site, Rey’s calm, get-it-done approach ensures every project is executed with precision and pride.
As co-founder of Medina Builders, Rey plays a key role in delivering high-quality, customized construction solutions that consistently exceed client expectations. His attention to detail, dedication to craftsmanship, and hands-on leadership have earned him respect from both clients and team members alike.
Outside of work, Rey is a proud and dedicated father of two boys and a lifelong baseball fan. He brings the same discipline, teamwork, and love for the game into his work always ready to roll up his sleeves and build something that lasts.
